I’m Tyler Dean, co-founder and lead auctioneer of Ironclad Auctions. Raised ringside at industrial sales and liquidation auctions, I saw early on how an honest, well-run sale can transform lives—and how quickly trust is lost when corners are cut. My partner, Rob Swindell, brings decades of auction and industrial experience, with specialized expertise in power transformers, heavy machinery, and complex industrial surplus. His deep market knowledge ensures we consistently achieve top returns on even the most technical assets.

Since enlisting in the Air Force Reserve in December 2010, I have served for more than fourteen years in Security Forces. My career includes a 2013 deployment to Al Dhafra Air Base, UAE, in support of Operations Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Freedom, and selection as a Combat Arms Instructor with the 910th Security Forces Squadron at Youngstown Air Reserve Station, Ohio. Today, as alternate non-commissioned officer in charge (NCOIC) of Combat Arms, I oversee training and qualification — responsibilities that allow zero margin for error.
